When I first started liking watches, I had my eye on a blue faced Citizen chrono that looked just like that. I’m glad I didn’t get it because my tastes changed so quickly. Just look around a little bit before you jump in. I’d narrow down one of the major styles like diver, pilot, chrono, etc. and go from there.
