Photo was taken by a guy in another car next to it driving on the road and the media just found out about the guy and he's in custody, so how did they get the picture?

The photo came from 4chan. So I’m guessing a 4chan member took this photo in the past because the van was so crazy.
Then when this 4chan member saw the van on the news, he shared his previously-taken photo with 4chan, and it has been spread around from there.

Every day Hoe does not align stickers perfectly and only on windows. The dem operative planes on returning the van later on. You can remove the stickers from the windows easier than the painted body.

because this wacked out Trump supporters van was a photo magnet...probably had it on his phone and uploaded the pic when this went down.
