Obviously most of the hate comes from his antics and much of the criticism from the writers/ TV personalities is beacause a lot of what he is cant be quantified as a traditional quarterback. So his completion percentage sometimes is a few points lower than upper tier QB’s is more than made up by the strain he puts on defenses with his size and speed, as you said while he’s not a great protatypical quarterback he’s a hell of a football player.

Its funny bc Baker Mayfield does the same exact shite and people either love it and think it's hilarious when does it, or just dismiss it by saying how competitive he is.
