Contact the drug company. Most will provide the drug for little to no cost if insurance refuses to pay.

Yep, my dad is on a 2 month drug program that bills at $88000. His out of pocket? $0. Combination of Medicare and manufacturer's discount.

So yea, call the manufacturer.
