I wonder how much of a shelf life Jeff Blake would have had if he had not gotten hurt and Brooks had not taken over. Brooks was exciting at first and helped us get our first playoff win, but his DGAF was infuriating to watch. Blake was playing pretty well from what I remember and seemed to care a lot more.
Who knows if I'm remembering Blake correctly at all.
