wow, the shoulder stripes are the worst aspect of our uniforms (at least the stripes with the new jersey style, with virtually no sleeve).

I love shoulder stripes back when they actually wrapped fully around, back when jerseys had sleeves. But now, they just look like suspenders. Goofy look, in my opinion.

Of course I want to keep the stripes, but they need to be tweaked for the current jersey style.
