Evidently it was effective (MT's trash talking) Norman was benched for a few series because he lost focus and made mistakes. But i dont condone the hitting after the whistle.

Apparently it wasn't like illegal late hits or anything.
They had an espn article that went further and the Wash DBs said he was poking and stuff. Just stuff that can be seen as immature. Nothing bad.
