After 2020?
That's a full contract, it would be sad if we have to wait for 2020 given the lack of achieving ANY of the goals that Coach Orgeron set out for himself and his program.
Why couldn't he leave well-enough alone, and let Coach Ensminger finish out his time as he wanted, as the TE coach? We all know, he wanted a "trusted" OC, and of course Slinger, great Tiger he is, great OC he isn't. But he's "trusted" not to defy Coach Orgeron.
I mean, you certainly have to have "yes men" because a staff that argues and coaches against itself will be a loser. But doggone. If we don't see improvement, especially on the offensive side of the ball, the offense has been static for six years now, save for Zach M. , Leonard Fournette, OBJ and Jarvis Landry, or Derrius Guice. Coach Miles was fired, and Coach Orgeron promoted to H.C. only to continue the stagnation? And we have to wait until 2020 by which time, the Golden Age may well and truly be past LSU.
Sad.
