If he already had his mind made up, like all the other Dem Senators already do without waiting for the evidence, then he should have kept his damned mouth shut and voted.

Not if he is in on the Dims attempt to delay and run out the clock so a Trump nominee does not get through before the next Senate is sworn in -- sometime around January 3.

THE FIRST THING the Democrats wanted to do from the very beginning was to DELAY, DELAY, DELAY. Anyone who watched the original hearings realizes this.

So, if Fluckhead is really with the Democrats, he will look first to delay so that Trump cannot nominate another replacement in time.

Dude sat through the testimony of Ford and Kavanaugh, released a formal statement that he was a yes

Could have all been part of the scam.

If the FBI turns up nothing, and Fluckhead votes NO anyway, we'll know that he has been working with the Dims all along to DELAY, DELAY, and DELAY to run out the clock on any Trump appointment.

Think about it -- if he had come out and said he was a "NO," the Republicans wouldn't have given a royal f*ck about his wanting the FBI to investigate and McConnell would have just called for a Senate vote.

BUT, just getting Kavanaugh a NO vote wasn't the first objective of the Dims. Rather it was to DELAY, DELAY, DELAY to run out the clock.

If you doubt this just go back and watch the original hearings - before anyone had heard of Blowsey Ford. I would love to know the number of times they asked for a delay or asked that the hearings be suspended.

You are correct.

That’s why they must hold the vote no matter what so the red state democrats can be forced to vote no before midterms.
