Yeah, I think so. My reasoning is that the danger for her is making false/defamatory statements. If she’s not making any statements, she has no liability. As soon as she goes under oath, she has liability and I think I’ll be wrong.

As soon as she goes under oath, she has liability and I think I’ll be wrong.
Even if she did "lend" her name for the allegations she has enough political motivation to move forward.
I expect her opening remarks to be a tearful re-telling of the horrible incident that has plagued her all of her adult life. And after that the dem senators will thank her for being so brave and coming forward with her story.
The republicans questions will be answered with "I don't recall"
