i mean this is cool and all but your journey isnt over.
Of course you dont have to lose your hair, but you have to get on the pills early and pay a bunch for transplants. Some people just cant swing that
No doubt that if you can’t swing the costs, then you can’t swing the costs, but folks make such a deal about taking a pill. It’s not like I’m taking a needle everyday. It’s a single pill that I pop in the morning, just like a multivitamin or a vitamin D supplement. Not sure I know anyone who doesn’t take anything regularly, just add it to the list.
And as far as getting it up, I’ve had no issues. My brother in law had to get off it, though, cause his wouldn’t work on it so I guess it’s just luck of the draw.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use the Nioxin. It is actively detrimental and I'm not sure how it gained it's status.
Huh? This is the first time I've ever seen someone say this???? Most barbers and salons swear by this stuff since the Covid hairloss stuff started
I know the "system" with the foaming treatment is bad as it can't be stopped, but I've heard nothing but good things about the shampoo and conditioner as far as helping hair grow?

I'm 53 and I've had patches of thinning hair since my early 30's. This May, I started using an online prescription product called Happy Head. This product uses topical Finasteride and combines it with Minoxidil and Retinoic Acid. I apply this liquid serum every night and on weekend mornings and then massage it on my scalp for 5 min with a silicone scalp massager brush. I also started derma rolling the thinning areas twice a week to stimulate collagen production and increase blood flow to my scalp.
For the first two months, I shed hair but now I'm seeing numerous small dark hairs fill in on my hairline, temples, and on top. Even my childhood widow's peak is starting to regrow dark fuzzy hair. So far, I am impressed with my results and will continue using this for a year. My goal for the next 6 months and beyond is to have enough regrowth to allow me to stop combing over or wearing a ballcap to cover my thinning. If preserving or regrowing your hair is what you want, you must start a hair care regimen and stick with it.
