When you buy a luxury vehicle, high service costs are the norm and should be expected. Did you do any research whatsoever before buying a vehicle of that caliber?
Also, why are you still servicing a vehicle with 40k miles that’s not under warranty at the dealership?
You have no one to blame in this situation but yourself. On top of that, you paid a shop to change sparkplugs!? Seriously? Do you know anything at all about vehicles?
