I agree with you. I just researched it myself. How in the world did multiple courts accorss the country uphold that?

Seems like a blatant violation of the student's rights and as a parent with knowledge of this precedent, I will make sure my kids have a cell phone and are instructed to call or text me immediately if they are called in for questioning by an administrator.
