This. Always turn that shite off. It literally adds fake frames that are processed by the tv in between the actual real frames.
True 120hz panels can provide a slight upgrade when compared to 60hz tvs if you want to get super picky. Most people wont notice anything. But when watching movies, which are 24 fps, the 120hz tv will show each frame 5 times, while a 60hz tv shows one frame 3 times then the next 2 times and so on and can cause extra "judder"
