Here's a shocker for you....black people, per capita, are considerably poorer than white people, often exacerbated by policies promoted by the white majority to keep the black folks exactly where the frick they're at (prison, economically depressed areas, poor schools, dilapidated urban areas with no investment) ...keep them in their own little hoods and ghettos, as far away from white people as possible.
