Judge Nap indicated this is a negotiating tactic, that under an open invitation, the committee could ask about anything.

When the subpoena is issued, it can be limited to certain topics that both parties agree to discuss and that’s likely what she’s being advised by her attorney.

So we’ll see. Should be a gold mine either way.
