Yeah baw it’s easy.
-soaked pinto beans (can use a couple canned as an alternative)
- several strips of bacon
- chopped white onion
- diced jalapeño or 2
- chopped garlic
- big chopped tomato or 2
- enough chicken stock to cover
*cut bacon into little slices, sautée till half fat released
*throw in onions and jalapeños into the bacon and fat and sauté till soft
* throw in chopped tomatoes and garlic and sauté for 10 mins, stir a few times
*Throw in beans and salt and pepper to taste and mix all up.
*cover with chicken stock by an inch or 2. Summer for 45 minutes. Keep tasting and adjusting seasoning. I like mine soupy.
