Barrel Age Series pre-sale! Introducing our new Barrel Aged Bottle Series. Package pre-sale starts Tuesday, September 18th at noon CDT. Package includes one 500ml bottle of each of the new small batch barrel aged bottle releases (The Dean, Vivia Tequila, and Orleanian) and a 14oz limited edition gold rimmed glass for $45. Snag your presale online for easy pick up on the day of our Fall Fest Party, September 29th. Small quanties will also be available for purchase in the taproom on the day of the event.
*Limit 2 pre-sale packages per customer.
*Customers must present a matching ID to the purchasers name when picking up.
*Customer must be 21 years or older and present a valid ID in order to pick up packages.
*Pick up time begins at 11am Saturday, September 29th.
The Dean ABV 12%
The Dean, named after our head brewer, is a Quadruple aged in Sherry and Bourbon barrels. It is then conditioned with dark Belgian candi sugar.
Viva Tequila ABV 6.5%
Second in the series is Viva Tequila. This our popular Gose aged in Tequila barrels with grapefruit peel and a dash of lime.
Orleanian ABV 8%
Our third exciting beer in the series is the Orleanian. This delicious brew is a sour wheat aged in white wine barrels on peach and apricot puree. It is then bottle conditioned with our house Brettanomyces culture.
