I agree because like you said the sending school will always claim they are moving for athletic purposes. Lhsaa basically ignores the parents and or facts of the case if the sending school makes the claim. They hardly make the best decision for student. False narratives by butthurt sending schools always take precedent over truth and facts

JC must be for kids, wasnt saying all schools, just most when they cant keep the kids on their campus for whatever reason. And usually the ones screaming foul are the ones ignoring or bending the rules in their favor anyway.
