That's not it at all. I want an undefeated season. The difference is-- You see the status quo and assume it won't improve. I see the status quo and believe it will improve. Time will tell who is correct. Contrary to your approach, I will be happy in the present until and if losses mount. You will be miserable in the present even with wins. Regardless, neither of us will have an effect on the future of this team. If I'm right, LSU wins. If you're right LSU loses and O gets canned. You should be happy with either outcome, right?

The status quo - time will tell if we're even good enough to reach a Miles offensive standard. And we've seen the same "status quo" every year and ended with 3-4 losses most of the last decade - to assume it won't cost us just doesn't appear realistic.

You also make a huge assumption - maybe I just have better mental health than people you know - but my feelings on LSUs offense and direction have no bearing on my overall happiness. LSU is something I love and want the best for - and know that we can be one of the best. Football is something I love to discuss. I can have criticism and concerns for LSU and not shoot my dog and become an alcoholic at the same time. My happiness is defined by much more important things.

Wow. You read all this into my reply? I really just meant you will "bitch and complain and worry and predict future failure on TRant." I certainly never thought you'd "shoot your dog and become an alcoholic."
