I have gone through several scenarios to try and get it cheaper. The beagle is going to be getting Mexico's finest blue pills if it does help.

Pro tip
get on Goodrx.com and search for your sildenafil. See who has it the cheapest, call the pharmacy beforehand and ensure they'll take goodrx.com coupons for pets. Confirm the price and then take your written Rx to the pharmacy. 2 different pharmacies only a block away can have MAJOR prices differences for the same drug.
Sometimes compounded medications are cheaper but in some cases can be very unreliable. I can't speak to sildenafil compounded...
