I looked at the Platinum pretty hard for a bit. Ended up with the XD SL diesel. The only options I don't have are air conditioned seats, the all around view camera, and the different color seats that come in the platinums. Couldn't justify spending an extra $10k for those few options.

I ended up going with the diesel because I drive a ton for work and pull a boat in my spare time. If it wasn't for emmision standards, that Cummins would be way more bad arse. I think the tune and delete will give you over 125 HP and ft lbs of torque while also getting rid of the need for DEF. I have a 100,000 mile warranty I don't want to void or I would have done it already.

I love my Titan XD. I have always been a Chevy guy and finally branched out. One of the only knocks I have is the size of the fuel tank. Other than that, truck has been great and pulls the shite out of my boat.
