It's only one game. The criticism was that this isn't the coach to get us to 10 wins.

They looked great last night. No one is right or wrong yet. Not only that, my criticsms were from what happened last year anyways and disagreeing with the excuses. Let's revisit in December. Hopefully you will have started a lot more of these threads by then.

Yeah I’m as pumped as anyone but if we stumble through SEC play and end up 9-3 or 8-4 this win still doesn’t make it all better.

We give props on a big win like this, just like we did for Auburn last year, although that was coming off of the horrible September.

But these guys get all bent out of shape when we aren’t blowing O after beating 5 teams that fired their coaches the rest of the year. Those games weren’t particularly impressive, so we were still waiting to see more meaningful wins. Last night was one, no doubt.

Hell, I’d argue O got TOO MUCH praise after both losses to Alabama. As if we hadn’t consistently given them all they could handle pre O.

Those were spun as some moral victories where they were used as indictments on the previous coach.

This team looks different though. Burrow is a game changer and the year 3 of Aranda seems very much a real phenomenon. This D looks nasty as hell.

Good things on the horizon for this team if they stay focused and prepared the way they did for week 1
