I’ve had it along with rotator cuff repair and bursa sac removal.

First surgery arm froze up. Had to redo it after 5 weeks of PT that couldn’t break it free.

After second surgery, Had to spend 8 hours a day in a passive motion chair for 4 weeks. Also had pt 3 days a week. It worked the second time. No problems 4 years later.

For months I thought I had made the worst mistake in having the first surgery.

Sounds rough. What caused it? Would you do it again ie have the surgery as the solution?
