So you are doing some type of exercise or training 3.5 hours a day?
3 days a week I'm doing that much One off day on Sunday
the other 3 days I'm doing 30 minutes in the morning and a mile walk at lunch so at least 45 minutes.
I've already dropped over 100 pounds but its taken 2 1/2 years to do. This is the biggest problem with people that were as big as me if you lose a significant amount of weight your body lowers your metabolism to basically nothing in an attempt to put the fat back on. Its a struggle everyday. I literally ate a medium popcorn at the movies for a cheat meal one day and gained 6 pounds in one day.
I know water weight you say but it took 4 days at 1800 calories or less to take it back off. That is the part that gets frustrating.

DO you lift weights heavy? how much of your diet is protein percentage wise? Have you taken a 2 week diet break to reset leptin levels at any point in the process?
That is going to be your 3 problems right there.
