Husky Stadium (Washington) and Autzen Stadium (Oregon) are phony entries. Both have huge metal roofs that overhang the stadiums on both sides of the field, bouncing the sound down. So the registered decibel level includes not just the true crowd noise but also the reflection of the same noise. Take those roofs away and both stadiums plummet down in the ranking.
