This is correct at "our" level but guys like Brennan, Clapper, etc. at that level its a entirely different game; they see and know virtually everything (99% of the time bc their jobs dictate they have a need to know). The exceptions are "plausible deniability" shite.

You're incorrect. Once you're out of government you have to be authorized to view classified intelligence, you don't just automatically get it, nor can you go into a government office and request to see it (well I guess you could but you would be laughed at )
I will guarantee you 100% that since Trump took office neither Clapper, nor Brennan lawfully received any classified intel.
