Why would a student ever need to go to North BR/Plank Rd? That'll happen maybe four times in 10 years, and it'll be accidental

This isn't really for students. LSU employees thousands of employees in food service, janitorial, landscaping, general office, etc. And most of those jobs are lower income jobs, but they can have good benefits and be good career ladder jobs.

Add that to the job center downtown and more frequent major corridor service from NBR begins to make sense. Question is what is the best and most efficient way to provide it: more regular buses, circulator system, BRT, light rail, hyperloop, star trek transporter, etc.
