Drills mean nothing, if you have it on the field and have football IQ and Heart thats what makes a ball player! You can run fast, jump high, run great routes, etc. but does it translate in a game? Thats what counts

Drills are definitely not meaningless. This statement is stupid.
Drills simulate technique that has to be used in the game. Everything from footwork to pass rush and tackling.
It’s division 1 football, just about everyone has it on the field.
