Since he was added as the 26th man, I don't think they can leave him up.
I did read that the 26th man isn't subject to rule where, when he gets sent back down, he has to wait 10 days to get called back up. Meaning, if the Braves want him to make a start 5 days from now, they can call him up for that and don't have to wait.

Correction: Toussaint will not be eligible to return unless part of a DL move until Aug. 23. Because he was the 26th man, the Braves were able to shave a day off that 10-day minimum.
