At the end of filming this scene in Out of Africa (which was longer and filmed in one take), Meryl Streep started screaming and ripping her clothes off. Apparently a huge African Dung Beetle had made it's way into the inside of her dress and was moving around, I believe she started feeling it when she was getting off the wagon but powered through. The scene is first link, the dung beetle the second.

Hank Azaria has claimed that his reaction to Al Pacino's "GREAT arse!" interrogation in Heat was more a genuine reaction than any acting.
She's got a GREAT arse!
Apparently Pacino was flat for take after take and then he goes in the complete opposite direction, surprising Azaria and eliciting that great response.
