I find it strange because we are currently producing at well below our max as a country. Its not like everything is running full blast and we need more infrastructure to meet demand

I am not sure if they have changed methods of water waste disposal,but I am certain fracking has been the cause of all the earthquakes in Oklahoma and Kansas in recent years.
