re: Kris Kobach takes the lead in Kansas

Different situation from Alabama. Again everyone not familar with Kansas politics keeps seeing "incumbent" if front of Collyer's name and they think he has been governor since 2012. He hasn't. He has been governor since January. Before that he was the lieutenant governor, which means he spent six years cutting ribbons at grand openings of supermarkets, judging watermelons at county fairs, and checking e-mails to see if Brownback had fallen off of a combine. There basically is no incumbent in this race.
