and when the defense can't hit the QB, they don't make aggressive lunges and dives to try to tackle, flush, or disrupt the QB. The defense had to rein it in a notch, and it was essentially touch football with the QB, which gave him more time and comfort in the pocket.

And even still, we saw the results...
