The jumped in 2 NC by not playing anyone then getting their arse kicked in 06 and 07. The refs handed them 2001 NC. Then they jumped in the playoffs by luck in 2014

In 2006 they beat #2 Texas, #13 Iowa and #2 Michigan - ALL on the road. They also beat a ranked Penn State team. They also beat 3 ranked teams on the road in 2007. LSU was the one that got lucky to make the '07 title game

Don't forget to mention how lucky they were to beat Alabama and Oregon in the playoff after all the luck they needed to beat Wisconsin 59-0 in the Big 10 Championship game.
