Army or USMC, unless you want Naval SPECWAR.
the Chair Force can get fricked. IMO, of all the branches the USAF seems to treat enlisted as actual second class citizens compared to officers.
Go combat arms. It's the only time in your life you can play with, train with, and employ the most capable, most badass, most destructive firepower in the history of mankind.
You need to be out of the hatch when the main gun fires on an Abrams; or part of the crew when rounds are sent from a 155mm; or do hard target interdiction with .50cal. You need to be in combat, not experiencing it as some distant echo.
Take 4 - 5 years and soak all of that in. If you just don't like it, take the most lucrative GI Bill in history and go to school and bang as many hot, stupid chicks as you can - and they don't want to hear that you 'deployed' to Kuwait in the fricking postal unit.
After a few years, if you do like it, apply for one of the many scholarship programs the military offers from regular ROTC to FLEP for law school to nursing degrees, get the degree, get the commission, finish your 20.

Funny, I never experienced that during my career. Most of the senior enlisted, especially E8 and E9s were respected, even by the Officers.
