Know a guy who has recently purchased one from Gov Planet. Very legit.
The sell them already decommissioned and his is coming with the form needed to title it in LA. They do sell some that run and others that do not. Read the descriptions.
FWIW, he bought a slant back for $13k. Will take about a month to get to him. They do extensive credit checks and back ground searches on the individual that purchases the vehicles
