Yea cops should never pull their weapons in this case. Who came up with that stupid mantra anyway? Weapons themselves serve as a deterrent which is why the mere threat of use is usually good enough. If they come back to you, blast them into next week.

Guy shouldn’t have killed that dude IMO.

As much as Ive been defending the shooter/victim in the particular instance, I agree with you. If it were me, personally, I wouldnt have shot the guy but I understand the victims reason and its justified and I defend others right to exercise that discretion in these types of scenarios.

I believe the mere presence of a firearm in this case would have meant an immediate retreat by the assailant and his reaction in this video backs up that sentiment. He bit off more than he could chew and he realized his fatal mistake in his last few minutes on this earth. "Id like to think that the last thing that went through douchebags mind, other than that bullet, was, how the hell Michael Drejka ever got the best of him".

Present weapon without firing and all parties go home safe with nothing more than some damaged egos. If Im the victim Im going home to lick my wounds and count my lucky stars that I DIDNT have to shoot the a-hole.

I love
