In my business experience, I travel the country regularly meeting with people on a host of topics. Diversity of the groups is often wide with employees/colleagues exchanging ideas, managing issues and driving results.

The implication of “four (4) men in a room” making all the decisions and cutting out opportunities for women and minorities is just antiquated and not reflective of today’s society.

The problem is that "4 men in a room" doesn't say a damn thing about "diversity". For instance, there undoubtedly many white, Christian, men in this thread that vehemently disagree on the issue of cultural Marxism /Social Justice, yet there are millions of people fooled into believing that "muh diversity" means white men cucking to brown people, gays, women or whatever the proletariat is this week.
