Got 3.0 in on Monday at 26:16 (below my target 27:27 pace). It was hard. I took a week off last week due to random and intense mid-foot pain.
I’ll burn through 2.0 tonight, 3.0 tomorrow, and 4.0 Saturday and complete week 2 of the Higdon Novice 1 Half Marathon plan. So far, I’ve come in under time every run. My first 4.0 mi run was May 4 and I beat my pace by one second![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
