Yeah the PI obviously sucks but we had plenty of opportunities and settled for FGs. You gotta get 7 at home more often than not. Hurts for sure.

Gonna sleep it off and may drown my sorrows tomorrow by ordering a pair of 4%’s for the couple races I have upcoming. Super Bowl fund is now useless. Lulz

Just saw that Des finished the La Half in 01:14:00

Jan 21-27

Mon-Strength Train

Tue-2 mile warm-up @ 7:50, then 1 mile @ 6:50, 6:30, 6:30, 6:30, 7:50, 6:00.

Wed- 6 mile comfortable @ 7:50. 6 x 100yd hill sprints

Thu- Strength Train

Fri- 1 mile jog warm-up; 6 x 1 mile @ 6:30 w/1:00 jog between; 1 mile jog cool-down.

Sat- 6 miles @ 7:50; 6 x 100yd strides.

Sun- 14 miles @ 7:30—8:00
