Overall, do you like the plan you're following? Anything about it you wish was different? Most importantly, do you feel like you're seeing the improvement you were hoping for?

I have multiple thoughts I suppose:
1. I’m only about 6 weeks out post Marathon, I feel like it definitely took me a couple of weeks just for my system to recover and don’t feel like I’m where I was physically pre marathon
2. This is only third week of training with him, and the first week where I feel he has really challenged me. I think he’s just been kind of seeing what I can handle with speed and mileage up to this point. This week has been serious!
3. We have started some things that I wasn’t doing before, which I feel definitely needed to be done. Those include running 5 days a week instead of 4 and adding strength training for lower body. Those alone should help me improve.
4. I’m already doing ~33 miles a week now and we are still a month + from marathon build up. My max week of mileage during last buildup was 43 I think so I will be starting from a much better spot
5. I feel like I would add some intervals that are faster with more rest (like maybe 800s or even mile repeats at like 90-95%) but I don’t know that would honestly be any better or not
