May 7th. Prarie Fire half in Wichita
Shooting for anything under 1:21 to qualify for NY. Think I’m in shape to target 1:18 so that’s what I’ve been training for that way if I miss I should still hit the 1:21 mark.

Those are speeds in which I'm unfamiliar. 1:40 is a great day for me.
