Honestly shocked that Kardell Thomas isn't in the top 25. Has he not camped well or something?
Kardell dropped in more than a few people's minds after his performance at The Opening. He was getting beat more often than not in the 1 on 1 drills and was not anywhere near the type of guy he's been this entire cycle thus far.

Looking at the 247 rankings through a lens of how they think players will be drafted in the NFL one day doesn’t make much sense to me, but if that’s their criteria then the rankings do make a little more sense.
Pass rushers, corners, QB, LT, etc will then be valued differently than Lbers, OG, etc.
Personally that’s what NFL scouts should be doing not college ones but so be it.
People just have to keep this in mind when considering where a particular player is ranked. Putting more emphasis as a fan on how kids are ranked at their particular position (e.g. #1 CB or # 2 RB) is a more useful metric to me.

Based on the totality of the reports, he was better than any other OL there. So, I guess the elite OLs (that's supposedly who were at the opening final) all got worse and the sub elites got better? Ridiculous.
