A coach's job is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of his QB and develop and offensive scheme accordingly.

Hell, Lane Kiffin, in his first year, turned Blake Sims into a productive QB. Gus turned Nick Marshall into a productive QB.

It's not always about having a Tim Tebow or Deshawn Watson. Just take what you have, and develop an offense that uses their skills, while hiding their weaknesses.

You know, coaching.
