Usually, a rating based on an average should have some stipulation like "minimum 10 commits", for example. All of these teams have between 10 and 18 commits

Is he

A) more likely to maintain that average over 25 carries

Or

B) will that number regress to what will be a lower number, which albeit, could still be impressive.
