Agree with above post. His only valid experience is that he has a history in high school recruiting / insider. He and Cullotta started the “O spin / campaign” for about a year before O was hired as DL coach. He was on 104.5 every Tuesday am while O was out of a coaching job.

I am willing to bet most power 5 coaches have someone on staff that is there solely to make their life easier. I think everyone just hates him because they hate O and they think he helped O get hired.
