The fertility rates for whites, blacks, and Asians in the US is basically identical. Even Hispanics are having children at slightly more than the replacement level.

I agree it takes responsibility to not have a kid you cannot support, but there are plenty of people who can support children financially and still choose not to have them. That's fine, but don't sit back and wonder why things are changing in society when you're not doing your part.
