This was interesting like Jones was saying about the cops following people to 1100 Lee. The address wasn't at the top for actual DWIs but they are CLEARLY running a racket on citations listed as 'OTHER' and 'NARCOTICS'(including DWIs).
Oh and Shocker. LSU students making bad decisions means BIG $$$ for BRPD
