Well, his career record is a failure. If he turns it around the narrative will be that he learned from his mistakes, made some really good coaching hires, brought in some excellent players and proved people doubting him wrong.

However, that doesn't mean that no one should be doubting him now. But, btw, just my two cents, it's foolish and silly to say he can't or won't succeed.
